Luciano Cardoso is a professional with more than 15 years of experience in the restructuring of processes, redesign of functions and implementation of management models. He has spent his career within purchasing and supply chain positions at Vale, Anglo American and Heavy Construction Materials Group (CRH). Luciano has extensive experience in managing large teams and processes with highly integrated with complex governance and acted as a global leader in the deployment, development and management of the Shared Services Center (SSC). Throughout his career, Luciano has worked on the design and implementation of best practices in the supply chain and development of specialized structures with significant positive impact on indicators of supplies, productivity and costs. Additionally, Luciano has an integrated perspective of functions and organizational areas, with the adoption of the Collaborative Supply model through effective participation of business units in the definition of strategic goals and process modelling. Luciano has continuously identified and trained young talented employees, resulting in the development of several professionals in managerial positions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from PUC (Pontifícia Universidade Católica) and holds a Project Management Certificate from IBMEC.
