José Ronaldo is an electrical engineer with over 26 years of experience in multinational companies, with a strong focus on the mining industry, particularly in potassium and nickel projects, as well as extensive expertise in the electrical sector, including transmission (230 kV) and distribution systems (69 kV, 34.5 kV, and 13.8 kV).
He has been part of the Mina Santa Rita team since 2009, where he began his journey as an engineer. In 2018, he assumed responsibility for coordinating Electrical Maintenance, leading strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and ensuring the reliability of electrical assets.
He currently holds the position of Plant Maintenance Manager, a position earned based on his solid technical and leadership experience. José Ronaldo also has more than 17 years of experience in the state of Bahia, having participated directly in the implementation of electrical projects for the local concessionaire, as well as the ramp-up and start-up phases of operation plants.
