Fabrício Cavalcanti is a Mining Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Campina Grande, with more than 17 years of experience in the open pit, underground and industrial mining sectors. In addition to graduation, he has an MBA in Business Management and Project Management, both from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, on his CV, becoming Operations Manager at Santa Rita Mine in March 2022.
His career was shaped mainly in mining and cement companies, such as Mineração Caraíba, Yamana Gold and Cimento Bravo, in Bahia, among other companies in the same segment located in Pernambuco and Minas Gerais. Throughout his career, Fabrício built competitive advantages, based on his historical results and improvements in the management of the companies he worked with, emphasizing the sustainability of the business.
