Mechanical Production Engineer graduated from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), with a postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). He also has an MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and a master’s degree in Engineering from Universidade de Taubaté.

With twenty years of experience in the areas of Health, Safety and Environment in large companies in the automotive, chemical, metallurgical and mining sectors, he has dedicated himself mainly to the environmental licensing of green field projects, implementation of a critical risk program, performance improvement and safety culture change. Its mission, together with the HSE team, is to support the diverse areas of Atlantic Nickel to maintain and surpass current high standards of compliance and make work environments increasingly safe for workers.
