Mr. Melo is a Human Resources professional with more than 30 years of experience. He has developed his operational and strategic professional career in large companies in the mining, chemical and agribusiness sectors such as RTZ, Bunge and Vale. He has solid knowledge in people management, leadership, business partner, remuneration, organizational climate, recruitment and selection, training and development, successor training, labor relations, communication and facilities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a post-graduate degree in Financial Administration from UNA-BH and Labor Relations from Fundação Dom Cabral-FDC, as well as an MBA in Strategic Management of People from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
