ADAIR REZENDE
PLANT OPERATION AND MAINTENACE MANAGER
DESCRIPTION
Mr. Rezende is a production engineer with 35 years of experience in large mining companies. He has extensive experience in the areas of processing and maintenance of beneficiation plants. Adair is an expert in the treatment of copper, zinc and lead sulphide ores, and manganese, potassium and gold. He worked in large mining groups such as Caraíba Metais, São Bento Mineração, RTZ, Votorantim and Luna Gold. He is also experienced in the projects area, with application of the methodology FEL (Front End Loading) at Votorantim Metais and Luna Gold groups. He has a bachelor’s degree in production engineering, holds a technical degree in Mining and bachelor’s degree in accounting.
